The Global Experience Summit is an online festival: the umbrella brand which incorporates three different two-day virtual conferences that each represent unique parts of the experience design process.
These three events are: UX LIVE (9th & 10th November), CX LIVE (12th & 13th November) & Product LIVE (16th & 17th November).
Each event will begin at 2pm GMT and finish at 8.30pm GMT.
Each ticket includes access to the recording of all talks for that event. More information about the event is available below the ticket module.

You will also be provided with speaker presentations from the event which we are able to share. Should you purchase a ticket to the entire Global Experience Summit online festival, then you will be granted the same access, recording & data from all three conferences.
Each day of each conference will have video networking start for at least an hour before the first talk. We will also provide access to the Global Experience Summit discussion board well in advance of the conference start date. During the event you will also have access to more unique networking opportunities: 'Meet the Speaker' Zoom Rooms, Specialist Discussion Zoom Rooms, Breakout Sessions, after party and more! All speakers will also respond to the ‘top voted’ questions asked in a Q&A at the end of their talk.

If you have any issues with paying online via Tito, please get in touch directly (firstname.lastname@example.org), to arrange alternative payment. We can also create invoices for BACs payments. Invoices must be paid as quickly as possible and no tickets will be held unless payment is received.
No refunds are accepted, however, you can exchange or sell on your tickets to someone else.
